To qualify for a return:

Once approved, we will provide:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping expenses.
🚫 Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following types of items:

🚫 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
